Synopsis

Duncan, as usual, chafed with impatience. Having completed his task before the other engines, the Fat Controller directed him to transport the elephant to the newly constructed park. The little engine, in his haste, failed to heed a simple principle: better to be cautious than quick. He set off without the brakevan, and the heavy load began to drag him down the line. Would he be able to bring himself to a halt before the momentum overwhelmed him?
