Synopsis

A chill had settled upon the Isle of Sodor, a frost that troubled more than just the landscape. For a farmer, it meant a desperate plight. His lambs, scattered by the sudden cold, were stranded on the windswept hills, unreachable. Only Toby possessed the skill and courage to navigate the treacherous terrain and bring them home.
