Synopsis

He felt a thrill at the invitation, the prospect of being the "Special Attraction" for the seaside village’s parade. But that thrill quickly faded to disappointment when he discovered there was no space left. Meanwhile, Percy and his trucks were facing difficulties with a rather unpleasant barge named Bulstrode.
