Synopsis

He was often the target of good-natured ribbing about his age, but Barnaby always responded with extra diligence, working late into the night to prove himself to the Fat Controller. Yet, the more he strained, the more errors crept into his work. The arrival of a gleaming, modern crane sparked a chilling thought: perhaps his time at Brendam Docks was coming to an end.
