Synopsis

The Fat Controller, after a period of inactivity, assigned him to work at the new Harbour. He also introduced a new engine named Montague, though he preferred to be called Duck. The larger engines attempted to issue orders, but Duck would not tolerate such treatment. With Percy’s assistance, he asserted himself, and together they corrected the other engines' behavior.
