Synopsis

Percy found a peculiar satisfaction in assisting the harvesters, diligently delivering their bales of hay to Toby, who then transported them to the farms for the animals. It was a task he took pride in, though it invariably caused Thomas considerable delay and displeasure. Percy remained oblivious to this, unconcerned by the resulting frowns. His good intentions were only brought to light when a crate of treacle spilled, followed by an unexpected hay storm, creating a rather awkward situation.
