Synopsis

While Victor oversaw the transfer of engines at the Transfer Yards, Thomas found himself in charge of the Sodor Steamworks. The responsibility filled him with an exhilarating excitement. So consumed was he by this feeling that he disregarded Victor’s instructions to inquire about the engines' troubles or seek counsel from Kevin. Consequently, Thomas neglected the engines and bewildered Kevin to such an extent that he inadvertently created chaos within the Steamworks.
