Synopsis

Freddie decided to host a winter party at the wharf, hoping Colin the Crane could attend, rather than at Mr. Percival's house. In his haste, he forgot to inform Mr. Percival of the change of plans, and the equipment was loaded onto a barge. Eventually, Freddie explained the revised arrangements to Mr. Percival, who readily agreed. Just in time, Freddie brought the barge to a halt, and the party was set up on the wharf. Colin expressed his gratitude to Freddie for his assistance.
