Synopsis

A new structure was rising at Great Waterton, a bandstand intended for public enjoyment. Sir Topham instructed Percy to fetch Lady Hatt, stipulating that he should not reveal her destination. However, Lady Hatt, in a curious turn, requested Percy to escort her to places she held dear.
