Synopsis

Duncan prepared for the day's festivities, his special birthday flag recently affixed to his vehicle. As he awaited the arrival of his twin, Percival, the Thin Controller himself appeared, bearing news. "Duncan," Percival began, "I require you to retrieve a hot air balloon from the Transfer Yards. The twins will be taking a ride in it for their birthday."
