Synopsis

Percival, the Narrow Gauge Controller, had acquired a new bicycle – a source of considerable pride, though currently lacking a crucial element: a bell. Determined to rectify this oversight, Freddie embarked on a quest for the ideal signaling device. His initial attempts involved a cow bell and a set of clown bells, neither of which proved satisfactory. Undeterred, he persisted until, at long last, he discovered the perfect bell to complete his bicycle.
