Synopsis

The carnival had arrived on Sodor Island, promising a spectacle of sights and sounds. Chinese dragons and other wonders were on display, and the Steam Team were each assigned a task to transport some of the attractions. Everyone was excited, except for Percy. He was relegated to the dreary duty of hauling coal, a stark contrast to the festive atmosphere. Despondent, he tried to lend a hand to his fellow engines, but in his eagerness to join the fun, he neglected his coal duties.
