Synopsis

He was a man of meticulous habit, Thomas, and his days were governed by the rhythm of the branch line. Each journey, each delivery, each whistle and puff was a familiar cadence in the symphony of his existence. But one day, a disruption arrived in the form of a new policeman, whose pronouncements cast a shadow over Thomas's routine.
