Synopsis

Christmas Eve finds the Pearson family gathered at the hospital, their holiday plans disrupted by little Kate's sudden appendicitis. Encountering Dr. Katowski, who is working alone that night, they recognize a shared need for support – a reciprocal debt of care. Meanwhile, Kevin celebrates Hanukkah with Olivia and her family, Kate awaits her crucial surgery, and a figure from William’s past unexpectedly resurfaces.
