This series gets to me, honestly; it feels incredibly authentic. If you’re searching for a genuine narrative and characters you can connect with, then look no further. Every time I’ve watched an episode, I’ve either laughed or been moved to tears. I even find myself having a bit of a thing for Kate—yes, I'll admit it, I like her! But the entire cast is appealing, even the child actors. I think younger viewers can see themselves in those characters, so it works well for families with older kids too. There’s occasionally some mature language and suggestive situations, but beyond that, it’s truly excellent. Definitely give this one a try.
