Synopsis

Doggett and Reyes are assigned to a case in West Virginia: the murder of a couple, a scene steeped in the unsettling hallmarks of a ritualistic killing. Their investigation leads them to a doctor confined to a mental institution, and Doggett grows increasingly certain that the doctor is manipulating events, orchestrating these horrific crimes from behind bars.
