Synopsis

Doggett found himself face to face with Shannon McMahon, the woman the EPA official had apprehended. She insisted she was something more, a kind of enhanced operative, and that those she’d eliminated were deliberately contaminating the water. Now, she implored Doggett to bring their actions to light, to reveal the truth of what she claimed.
