Synopsis

Agent Doggett found himself immersed in the case of a deceased EPA official, the circumstances surrounding his death pointing to a deliberate act. The victim's car had been forcibly driven from a bridge by a woman he had recently picked up. Doggett, recognizing the complexities of the situation, reached out to Scully for assistance. She had recently returned to her position as an instructor at the FBI Academy in Quantico, and he sought her expertise.
