Synopsis

The illusionist’s feat was a classic: a seemingly complete rotation of the head, a marvel of misdirection. Yet, the marvel ended abruptly. He was discovered in his van, lifeless, his head precisely severed. Mulder and Scully recognized the hallmarks of a carefully orchestrated murder, and found themselves drawn into a complex plot involving two magicians attempting a bank heist.
