Synopsis

In a dusty antique shop, Mulder and Scully stumble upon a peculiar rug—one harboring a genie. After five centuries of fulfilling desires, the genie has grown weary of humanity's enduring selfishness. A cynicism has taken root, and she now subtly twists wishes lacking precise articulation, revealing a disheartening truth about the persistent nature of human greed.
