Synopsis

Two scientists discuss their respective metal artifacts, unearthed in Africa, and propose a radical theory: that these objects are fragments of a larger whole, potentially irrefutable evidence against the conventional understanding of life's origins on Earth. Their conversation takes a dark turn when one scientist is murdered and the artifacts are pilfered. Agents launch an investigation, and one of them begins to suffer debilitating neurological pain, seemingly linked to the missing objects.
