Synopsis

The tornado’s fury tore through the prison camp, leaving devastation in its wake. In the chaos, one inmate vanished from solitary confinement, and the warden was found dead. As Mulder and Scully investigate, they discover the escaped prisoner seems capable of manipulating matter itself, altering its very structure and phasing through solid objects.
