Synopsis

The deaths of several African-American men, their complexions inexplicably drained of color, drew Mulder into a chilling mystery. He discovered a forgotten African folktale – the legend of the Teliko. It spoke of a creature sustained by the very pigmentation of its victims, a being that must leach the color from a person's skin to survive.
