Synopsis

In the midst of a Haitian refugee camp, where a series of deaths and murders have occurred, Mulder and Scully find themselves unexpectedly embroiled in a clandestine conflict. The struggle pits the camp commander against a Voodoo priest, drawing the investigators into a dangerous power play.
