Synopsis

Following the conclusion of the X-Files investigation, Scully accepted a position as an instructor at the FBI Academy, while Mulder was relegated to routine surveillance duties. After a meeting with Senator Matheson, a staunch advocate for the X-Files, Mulder defied orders and journeyed to a derelict SETI facility in Puerto Rico. The site had inexplicably reactivated, offering the potential for irrefutable evidence of extraterrestrial contact.
