Synopsis

The investigation led Mulder and Scully to the death of a scientist engaged in cutting-edge propulsion research. Suspicion immediately fell upon Roland, a janitor with intellectual disabilities who had, unbeknownst to all, been quietly continuing the scientist’s work. He was the obvious, if unsettling, prime suspect.
