Synopsis

Upon his release from the sanitarium, Eugene Tooms becomes a focus of Mulder's attention. Driven by a need to prevent further harm, Mulder dedicates himself to ensuring Tooms is apprehended while attempting to acquire the final human liver necessary for his planned three-decade hibernation.
