Synopsis

Luther Lee Boggs, a man awaiting execution, asserts he possesses psychic abilities and offers to guide Mulder to a serial killer in exchange for a life sentence. Scully, initially skeptical, finds herself questioning her convictions as Boggs claims he can allow her to communicate with her late father.
