Synopsis

She refused to make her mother, Julie, magical, angry, and thus, Mildred found herself entering the Great Wizard’s broomstick-flying contest. Determined to win a Wishing Star, she intended to bestow magic upon Julie herself. But bitter rival Ethel Hallow stood in her way, and both girls were disqualified. Yet, amidst the disappointment, Mildred made a surprising discovery.
