The Worst Evil presents a raw depiction of criminal enterprises, set within a Korean context. Right away, it’s important to note that this is an intensely violent series; there are numerous bloody and brutal confrontations among various Korean gangs. Some viewers might find this element excessive. However, if you're able to look past the violence, there’s plenty to appreciate. It features a captivating story, though somewhat predictable in its outline, with a cast of well-developed characters who feel authentic. I’ve only seen the initial episode and I’m already completely invested. Basically, it’s another gripping crime drama from South Korea, full of compelling viewing.
