Synopsis

Dean's carefully laid plans to ask Keisa to the Valentine's Day Dance unravel when another boy secures her attention first. The shift in popularity began with a recent makeover that has made her the subject of much school talk. Separately, Bill and Lillian persuade Kim to enroll in a Big Sister program, hoping to bolster her college applications with a more impressive list of extracurricular activities.
