Synopsis

"Why don't they just fly away?" -- Ziggy McNulty has fallen back into his familiar self, consumed by a drunken haze. Encouraged by his fellow stevedores to challenge Maui to a fight, Ziggy suffers another public humiliation. Concerned for McNulty's well-being, Bunk attempts to enlist Daniels and Rawls in a plan to take him off the case. After considerable effort, the wiretap is operational—just in time to capture the disappearance of another can. Sobotka meets with The Greek and Vondas, and t
