Synopsis

"What they need is a union," Russell observed. Bunk and Freamon pursue their crime scene – a container ship – to Philadelphia. Lieutenant Cedric Daniels, disgusted by his assignment to the evidence control unit, announces his departure. Acting on orders from Barksdale, Bell orchestrates a setup for the correctional officer who has been tormenting Wee-Bey. Meanwhile, McNulty investigates the identity of the unidentified woman found floating in the harbor.
