Synopsis

“A man must have a code.” – Bunk. Alerted by the wire, Greggs, Herc, Carver, and Freamon execute a raid, but the event stirs suspicion in Avon and Stringer, prompting them to shut down operations in the Pit. Elsewhere, Bunk and McNulty pursue another witness in the Gant murder and track a suspect known only as ‘Mr. Bird.’
