Synopsis

“A little slow, a little late.” – Avon Barksdale. McNulty’s detail finally manages to deploy cloned pagers to monitor Barksdale and his organization, but the codes employed by the callers remain unbroken. Simultaneously, Bell instructs D’Angelo on the proper training of his lookouts while also attempting to identify a potential informant. Later, Carver and Hercule find Bodie, but their questioning yields no useful information.
