Synopsis

"…when it’s not your turn.” – McNulty. Baltimore homicide detective Jimmy McNulty finds himself in a precarious position, reassigned to a narcotics detail comprised of those deemed failures. Their task: to investigate drug lord Avon Barksdale and his formidable enterprise within Franklin Terrace. Simultaneously, Avon’s nephew, D’Angelo, returns from prison after a murder conviction overturned, only to discover he has been demoted upon rejoining the organization.
