Synopsis

The year is 1929. Infamous gangster Charlie Radick is succumbing to leukemia. His demise will be met not with sorrow, but with a ruthless power struggle among his rivals. All Radick desires now is a final glimpse of his daughter. Ness visits him, a sense of foreboding weighing on him – the potential for a gang war hangs heavy as factions prepare to seize control. Ness demands, “Hand over your records; the names of your associates, distribution channels, contacts within City Hall.” Radick replies
