Synopsis

Chicago, a city still reeling from the aftermath of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, February 14th, 1929. Ness and his team are systematically searching the streets for Bugs Moran. Ness observes that the city was once divided between two gangs, but now exists under the dominion of a single, powerful force. He believes that if they can reach Moran before anyone else, the man’s simmering rage might compel him to talk, perhaps even revealing the information they desperately need.
