Synopsis

Chicago, April 28, 1932. Three thousand five hundred spectators fill the arena, witnessing the conclusion of a seven-day bicycle race. Unbeknownst to them, Ed "Duke" Monte is present for a clandestine exchange. Ness and Lee Hobson intercept him, discovering a leather bag containing a quarter of a million dollars in counterfeit bills.
