Synopsis

The year is 1931. A dead-end street on Chicago’s Southside hides more than just scrap metal: it’s the façade for a narcotics empire controlled by the gangster Victor Salazar. Ness and his men have been systematically disrupting Salazar's operations, intercepting his trucks laden with illicit goods.
