Synopsis

Chicago, late Spring, 1932. Public outcry swelled against the growing tide of drug addiction. Charlie Sebastino had consolidated the smaller distribution networks into a single, vast empire, positioning himself as its undisputed master. Ness and his Untouchables had effectively dismantled the major drug operations, bringing down the powerful figures, yet this new network thrived on the work of small-time dealers.
