Synopsis

Chicago, November 9, 1932. Al Capone was incarcerated, and Frank Nitti held the reins of the Organization. Yet, a new generation of crime bosses awaited their opportunity, chief among them Joe Kulak of St. Louis. Known as "The Teacher" for his cultivation of countless underworld figures, Kulak had launched the careers of many who would become prominent players. From the moment he entered the city, Eliot Ness and his agents maintained a watchful eye on him.
