Synopsis

March 1931 found Eliot Ness and his team relentlessly dismantling Al Capone's network of speakeasies and breweries; the foundations of his empire were crumbling. The question hung in the air: who would seize the opportunity? A prominent figure from the New York underworld, Charlie "Pops" Felcher, had recently arrived in Chicago, accompanied by his unscrupulous lawyer, Archie Grayson.
