Synopsis

Even after all these years, Anthony Fremont remained a menace to Peaksville. The boy, or rather, the being, continued his reign of whimsical terror, a constant source of unease for the town's inhabitants. He was, in essence, still "It's a Good Life," only now an adult, and the playful cruelty had hardened into something far more unsettling.
