Synopsis

A photographer faces a dilemma: a coveted assignment abroad versus the promise of marriage, and encounters a boy with an unsettlingly familiar face. At a garage sale, Janice discovers a magic lamp, its granting of three wishes burdened by intricate stipulations and extensive forms. During a rainstorm, a deputy trooper pauses at a diner where the terrors of a Vietnam veteran's past begin to manifest.
