Synopsis

The Grim Reaper arrived at the hospital, his presence summoned to claim a dying man's soul. But the man’s wife intervened, whisking him away to the western town of Winfield, a community that had thrived for centuries. It seemed the Reaper had been unable to collect those who resided there. Centuries of cryogenic sleep ended with a jolt. The man awoke to a world saturated with psychic energy. Its inhabitants believed he was the key to a mission, a task uniquely suited to his abilities.
