Synopsis

Arthur anticipates the Tick’s unwelcome presence, as he prepares for an evening with a high school sweetheart he once deeply admired. Meanwhile, Captain Liberty is troubled by the resurfacing of old, explicit photographs, and faces a formal reprimand.
