Synopsis

As a series of unsettling incidents began to plague the neighborhood, Hank initiated a community watch. To conceal a personal secret, Max accepted responsibility for the inexplicable crimes. However, Phoebe remained convinced of his innocence, and it fell to the family to uncover the true perpetrator.
