Synopsis

Billy arrived, a flicker of hope in his eyes that his new companion, Steve, might join the ranks of the T-Force. Phoebe and Max exchanged glances, considering the possibility, but quickly discovered Steve’s peculiar gift: he could conjure perfect marshmallows.
