Synopsis

A disagreement over the best approach to dealing with troubled youth brought Fowler and Grim into direct conflict, prompting them to organize a retreat for the young offenders. The atmosphere grew further strained when Goody struck a teenage skinhead after the youth made racially charged remarks to Habib, leading to assault charges against Goody.
